HOW TO CREATE POWERPOINT

PowerPoint is a presentation software program that is part of the Microsoft Office package. PowerPoint uses a graphical approach to presentations in the form of slides shows that accompany the oral delivery of the topic. This program is widely used in business and classrooms and is an effective tool when used for training purposes.(http://presentationsoft.com)

STEPS ON HOW TO CREATE POWERPOINT

• Click on start
• Then point on all programs
• Then click on Microsoft office,
• Then click on Microsoft PowerPoint, then first slide will display

            After the first slide appear, it will display (title and subtitle)

• Click on insert menu bar then click on “new slide” then continue to type your work
• Other ways of inserting new slide, by holding “ctrl” button then press “m” (Ctrl+M) button and by click on new slide at the top of right hand side.

Also u can perform different function with regard to menu bars existed in Microsoft PowerPoint sheet, such as designing the work with different colors, inserting table, different slide shows, save the work and the like.
